How To Make A Resume
Dear All,
How To Make A Resume:
“ The best resume is one which cannot be overlooked by any employer”
It is necessary to have a proper well balanced resume to get yourself a good job. There are certain things that a person should keep in mind while writing a resume.
Have a clear objective and it is the first step to mention the objective in the resume. The whole search should revolve around the objective that you have mentioned.
Be clear and precise while providing the details about yourself.
Be simple in the use of your language and try using the technical jargon.
Try to make bullet points while furnishing your details.
Don’t make your resume a research paper and confine it to 1-2 pages.
Trying using certain keywords that highlight your resume to the recruiters.
Common HUMAN Resource Abbreviations
Dear All,
FYI...
Common H.R. Abbreviations:
Objective: Abbreviations are considered as the luxury of the lazy. Yet, life in the profession could be quite un-exciting without them.
How many times have you noticed the Boss/Manager/Supervisor marking you the papers in the office by writing, "FNA". And then you carry out the task & send him the note "FKAP". Similarly, "FKPP", "KA", "ASAP","KRA", "MBO", etc. etc. have all been be widely used, understood or abused in the "CJ" of "MNC"&"LJ". For the under-exposed or less-initiated professional corporate mortals (like most of us) needing "HS" breeding, these alphabets packaged in inverted commas mean, "For necessary action", "For Kind Approval Please", "For Kind Perusal Please", "Kindly Advise", "As Soon As Possible", "Key Results Area", "Management By Objectives", "Corporate Jungle", "Multi-National Corporation", You still have not got the meaning of "HS"! How "LS"? ("High Society", "Low Society")
Coming back to the world of Management Abbreviations, I've compiled a reasonably decent list for your everyday benefit. This list is for professional enrichment and amusement without any copyright attachment.
